1. Repair Diagnosis & Estimates
We provide free initial diagnosis for all Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch, iMac, AirPods). Any repair estimate provided before disassembly is tentative. If additional internal damage (such as logic board corrosion or cracked inner flex cables) is detected during service, we will notify you and confirm approval before proceeding.
2. Warranty & Coverage
All screen, battery, and hardware component repairs carry up to 6 months warranty from the date of handover. Logic board micro-soldering and complex chip-level repairs carry a 3-month warranty. Warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and component failures. It does not cover accidental drops, physical screen/glass breakage, liquid/water ingress after repair, or tampering by unauthorized third parties.
3. Turnaround Time & Free Doorstep Pickup
Standard screen and battery replacements are typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes for walk-in store customers. Doorstep pickup services across Delhi NCR generally complete in 24 to 48 hours. Pickup and delivery are free with any approved repair service.
4. Data Privacy & Backup
We strongly advise customers to backup their device data to iCloud or an external drive before service. While standard screen and battery replacements do not alter user data, Apple Repair Station is not responsible for preexisting data loss caused by corrupt storage chips, iOS crashes, or logic board failure.
