1. Warranty Coverage by Repair Type

Repair Service	Warranty Period	Coverage Details
Screen / OLED Display Replacement	Upto 6 Months	Touch responsiveness, display flicker, color fidelity, TrueTone stability (excludes accidental physical cracks).
Battery Replacement	6 Months	Rapid drainage, abnormal battery health drop, unexpected shutdown.
Camera / Speaker / Charging Port	3–6 Months	Hardware functional failure of the replaced component.
Logic Board / Chip-Level Micro-soldering	30–90 Days	Specific circuit/IC repaired against recurring short-circuits or power failure.

2. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

Physical drops, impact damage, pressure damage, or cracked glass after delivery
Liquid spills, water immersion, or moisture exposure occurring after repair handover
Software modifications, jailbreaking, or subsequent repair attempts by unauthorized third parties
Tampering with or removal of the internal warranty security seal

3. How to Claim Warranty

Claiming warranty is hassle-free: simply bring your device to our Dwarka store along with your digital invoice/booking phone number, or request a doorstep warranty pickup. If the fault is verified within warranty terms, we repair or replace the component free of charge.

4. "No Fix, No Fee" Commitment

If our engineers are unable to repair your device or resolve the diagnosed issue, you pay zero service charges.
